Jeffrey Lucas serves as the Outreach Coordinator for Florida Atlantic CARD, bringing extensive experience in family advocacy and community engagement. Previously, he worked as a Family Service Specialist with the Early Learning Coalition and as a Family Advocate with the Early Head Start Program. In these roles, he helped families access childcare subsidies in Palm Beach County and played a key role in launching the father engagement program within Early Head Start. As an Outreach Coordinator at Florida Atlantic CARD, Jeffrey is dedicated to strengthening connections with community partners, raising awareness about available services, and enhancing support for the autism community. Speaking Haitian Creole fluently, he helps make resources reachable to a wide range of families.
