Why FAU:I chose FAU because it felt like a place where I would receive excellent emergency medicine training while also genuinely enjoying where I live and the people I work with every day. I was excited by the variety of clinical sites that residents rotate through, and I love that the program is unopposed. What really stood out to me was the people. Dr. Clayton is an absolute gem, and the pre-interview banter I overheard between faculty made me laugh and immediately feel at home. FAU felt like the right fit from the start.
