In order to promote excellence in education dedicated to meeting the needs of all students, our mission is to identify needs and engage in the construction and implementation of innovative and dynamic professional learning experiences and services for VPK-20 educators, institutions, districts, policy makers, and any other interested parties.
We are a diverse team of consultants, researchers, administrators, and educational practitioners dedicated to educational research, practice, and professional learning.
Our Services
The Office of Educational Leadership Learning (OELL) is an organization of consultants, researchers, administrators, educators, and practitioners dedicated to educational research, practice, and professional learning. OELL provides evidence-based services, research, consulting, and professional learning for educators across the leadership continuum focused on education leadership. We look to support the state and its districts research and develop informed, diverse, creative, and talented educational leaders in support of meeting the learning needs of students.
